Post Funding Coordinator

Overview

As the Post Funding Coordinator you will follow up, review and audit all post disbursement transactions.

What you will do

• Daily Trial Balance Review
• Escrow Holds, reviewing, processing, ensuring proper payments are made within the expected timeline, adhering to all client specific guidelines.
• Review all stale dated check reports, and perform due diligence.
• Review and manage all escheatment responses and submissions to vendors.
• Review, investigate and process all return payments.
• Work closely with Closing Operations, Treasury, and Disbursement teams.

• Familiarity with Computers, including Online Searching and Typing.
