Post-Doctoral Fellow, VLSI Circuit and Chip Development
Primary Purpose: Develop RISC-V related microcontroller and Open FPGA.
Nature of Work: Reporting to Professor Li Chen, the successful candidate will conduct high-quality research within a group of researchers (Ph.D. students and a Postdoctoral Fellow).
Typical Duties or Accountabilities:
Education: Ph.D. or equivalent research experience in analog and digital circuit design, mix-signal chip layout.
Experience: Experience in VLSI circuit design; knowledge in radiation effects in integrated circuits will be a plus.
Skills: Demonstrated ability to undertake independent research evidenced by publications and development of new research initiatives. Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a research team. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills appropriate for interacting with students, staff, and industry.
