Position Overview:

This is a part-time seasonal position at the Budweiser Stage in Toronto, Ontario. Employment will last until mid to late October and the hours will vary weekly. Shifts are usually on evenings throughout the week, with a few full-day events scheduled. Must be able to work all event days/evenings when needed. This position requires the ability to work past midnight for most events.

In this role, you will provide Point-of-Sale support for the venue. You will be responsible for the deployment and tear down of POS terminals, updating sales if needed, administration and internal support of the printers and related equipment. Tasks may include end user support, POS Maintenance, upgrades and configurations.

Candidates eligible for this position must be customer service-focused and with the ability to work independently. The person filling this position will have success if they possess the ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic work environment with changing work priorities.


Required Qualifications:

  • Experience with POS
  • Must be able to adapt to environment changes immediately
  • Ability to be on feet and walk long distances
  • Data Entry Experience an asset
  • Must be a quick learner
  • Previous supervising experience an asset but not required
  • Previous experience with an Inventory Management system (i.e. YellowDog Software, Appetize, etc) an asset
  • Must be Computer Literate
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and data programs
  • Ability to quickly resolve situations with little guidance
  • Must be available to work evenings, and weekends when needed.
