  • Effective communicator capable of interacting with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented and motivated to perform deep analysis.

Job description
What Youll Be Doing

As a member of the Croesus Support team you will collaborate with team members internal partners and external vendors to support day-to-day functions and activities related to the Croesus Advisor and Croesus Xpert portfolio management this role you will have the opportunity to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) ensuring that our application contains high-quality data that our advisors branch staff and head office team members may use to provide objective advice and effective reporting to our clients. You will be required to coordinate the resolution of any issues or situations requiring intervention by either the business and / or technology division requesting assistance.

How Youll Succeed

Support & Collaboration - Provide genuinely caring application support to our CIBC Wood Gundy branch staff and head office team members as well as our partners in CIBC Investor Services Inc. by investigating and answering potentially complex inquiries. Collaborate with our partners in Wealth Management Technology as well as our Wealth Application Support partners such as My Client Support Brokerage Application Support and WG Salesforce Support. Work with our Operations partners to ensure that issues are tracked and managed until resolved. Collaborate with Wealth360 business consultants and support team members to help ensure as seamless an experience as possible for our advisors and their teams across the applications.

Application Improvements - As a member of the greater Croesus Project Delivery & Support team you will work in conjunction with business consultants and your senior manager to support the implementation of application fixes and improvements. You may also assist with pre- and post-implementation testing to ensure our users satisfaction.

Be a Subject Matter Expert - Be a SME for the Croesus Advisor and Croesus Xpert applications and participate as a SME during training and development sessions when required.

Who You Are

You have a bachelors degree or diploma in business and / or information technology systems (or equivalent work experience) . You are a certified professional and have completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and / or have experience in the brokerage industry.

Youre digitally savvy. You can demonstrate advanced computer skills with an excellent working knowledge of Excel.

You can demonstrate working knowledge of financial concepts and calculations such as bond amortization accrued income projected income yields performance etc. You have knowledge of financial instruments such as stocks options fixed income mutual funds closed-end funds structured notes and ETFs.

You are an effective communicator. You can convey complex information clearly and concisely both in writing and verbally and you are comfortable interacting with a wide range of stakeholders. Your influence makes an know that relationships and networks are essential to success. You inspire outcomes by making yourself heard.

You know that details matter. Youre motivated to dig deep to identify problems extract information and perform detailed analysis.
