  • KYC Lifecycle Management & Annual Reviews: Conduct comprehensive annual reviews for high-net-worth individuals and families. This includes thoroughly assessing and documenting the client’s KYC profile, investment objectives, time horizons, liquidity needs, and risk tolerance to ensure portfolio suitability. Serve as a proactive touchpoint for clients during market volatility, reinforcing how their long-term strategic plans continue to match their risk profiles.

  • Proactive Engagement & Committee Collaboration: Actively participate in investment team meetings to contribute market insights, security analysis and help shape core portfolio mandates.
  • Discretionary Portfolio Execution & Rebalancing: Manage cash flows, execute trades, and actively rebalance client accounts in strict accordance with established Investment Policy Statements (IPS) and core firm mandates, ensuring portfolios stay aligned with their verified KYC parameters.
  • Compliance, Audit Readiness & Risk Mitigation: Ensure all client account files, investment policy updates, and communication logs strictly adhere to provincial securities commission guidelines and internal compliance standards. Conduct regular exception reporting reviews to identify and correct any portfolio drifts outside of approved KYC mandates.
