As the leading crypto financial service provider in Switzerland, we operate across the most relevant crypto exchanges and provide brokerage, custody, staking and other crypto-related services at the forefront of technical innovation. We are as dedicated to our clients as we are passionate about cryptocurrencies and the underlying blockchain technology. We make things happen and have helped to shape the crypto and blockchain ecosystem in Switzerland as a driving force in the development of the ‘Crypto Valley’. Bitcoin Suisse is headquartered in Zug with offices in Copenhagen, Vaduz and Bratislava and targets (ultra-) high-net-worth private individuals and institutional clients.

Your Role

As Portfolio Manager in our Bermuda office, you will play a key role in designing and managing crypto investment portfolios for sophisticated private and institutional clients. You will combine traditional portfolio management expertise with digital asset know-how to deliver tailored, risk-managed solutions in a fast-moving market.

What will you be working with?
  • Design innovative and successful crypto investment portfolios, including strategic and tactical asset allocation.
  • Manage portfolio risks based on individual client profiles.
  • Develop, share, and challenge investment ideas, always acting in clients’ best interests.
  • Support the implementation of a portfolio management system (PMS) and institutional-grade advisory/discretionary mandate processes.
  • Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers, Product Managers, Analysts, and Investment Research to ensure operational excellence.
  • Contribute to projects and product launches as required.
What do we expect?
  • BA/MA in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in investment or portfolio management.
  • Proven expertise in portfolio construction and asset allocation for discretionary mandates.
  • Experience with (or strong personal interest in) digital asset investment.
  • Solid understanding of crypto-financial developments and markets.
  • Strong data analysis and quantitative skills; Python knowledge is an advantage.
  • Precise, diligent working style combined with an entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset.

Are you curious to understand the crypto economy from an investment perspective and manage huge data sets from onchain and offchain sources? Are you looking for a high pace and dynamic industry? Are you self-driven with an entrepreneurial attitude? Do you like to think beyond? Then we would love to hear from you soon!

Note that for this position only direct applications will be considered and with a valid working permit for Bermuda.
