Director of Portfolio, Hydroelectric Power and Renewable Energies

Reporting to the Vice President of the division, you will be responsible for developing a strategic approach to markets, clients, and associated projects, providing the best solutions to increase market share in a coherent and predictable manner. To achieve your objectives, you will work closely with other organizational groups on market development strategy, bid preparation, and project performance monitoring.

Responsibilities:

• Growth and Sales: Ensure a highly visible presence with your portfolio clients.
• Actively participate in developing and executing market strategies to ensure annual growth in volume and profitability.
• Supervise ongoing contracts and monitor performance related to project execution within the client portfolio.
• Lead bid preparations, develop and strategize bids, make Go-No Go decisions, and validate service offers.

Project Implementation and Execution:

• Oversee project execution, ensuring quality within your portfolio:
• Manage client interface,
• Preside over key internal meetings (kickoff, progress review, milestone meetings),
• Validate change requests and contractual modifications,
• Manage deviations and claims,
• Handle risks and unforeseen issues.

Task Execution:

• Manage a project portfolio to meet regional commercial objectives (monthly, quarterly, yearly) while maintaining reasonable risk levels.
• Facilitate resolution of client complaints.
