Who We're Looking For

The Intake and Demand Portfolio Analyst manages the front end of the project lifecycle, aligning demand with strategic priorities and delivery capacity. This role evaluates, prioritizes, and integrates new requests into the broader portfolio, considering resource availability and business value. We are open to hiring in Calgary or the Greater Toronto Area.

What You'll Do

• Manage intake and evaluate project requests, maintaining records in the PCO Kanban system.
• Collaborate with requestors to clarify needs and gather documentation.
• Analyze demand against capacity, funding, and strategic goals.
• Facilitate prioritization forums, provide data-driven insights, and support decision-making.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and act as a liaison.
• Support portfolio analysis, reporting, and process improvements.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project handoffs.

What You Bring

• 2–3 years of experience in portfolio management, business analysis, or demand planning.
• Experience with tools like Jira, ServiceNow, or similar.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
