Onni Group of Companies is seeking a Part-Time Porter to support our property management team. The role involves daily cleaning and basic maintenance tasks across our buildings, with a 4-day work week at 6 hours per week and competitive compensation.

You will perform lobby cleaning, vacuuming, laundry room upkeep, waste management, and routine turnover cleaning. A high school diploma and reliable time management are required; ability to work with residents and contractors is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Litter pickup around exterior and interior of buildings.
• Vacuuming lobby and entrances with battery-powered vacuums.
• Cleaning lobby glass and mirrors (doors/windows).
• Cleaning of laundry room and adjoining washroom.
• Sweeping storage rooms, workshops and electrical room.
• Cleaning elevator doors and walls.
• Turnover cleaning of suites when necessary.
• Assist contractors and perform site cleanups as needed.

Job Description:We are looking for a Part-Time Porter to join our property management at Onni! Damp wipe all fire doors and stairwell doors.Waxing laundry and washroom floors.Pulling out laundry machines and cleaning behind them including washer drums.Be proactive in alerting management with any on site issues.Ability to work on an assigned schedule but flexibility to adjust schedule based on business needs.What You Bring:A high school diploma or equivalent is required.A keen eye for detail is necessary to ensure all areas are cleaned thoroughly.Efficiently managing your time to complete tasks within established schedules is essential.Basic communication skills are needed to understand instructions and interact with residents.Salary Range:$20-22/hourAbout The Company:OnniFor over half a century, Onni has been building communities for people to live, work, and play.
