Role:

The employee will clean and maintain the property's public spaces—casino, lobbies, front drive, pool deck, spa/salon, elevators—to ensure guest comfort, safety, and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Enhance guest experience through exceptional service.
• Clean floors, glass surfaces, restrooms, BOH hall areas, slot bases/machines, and assist with biohazard cleanup.
• Monitor and remove trash from ash/trash containers and designated areas.
• Greet and interact with guests appropriately.
• Use cleaning chemicals and safety equipment as instructed.
• Report maintenance issues to supervisors.
• Execute daily cleaning projects, secure lost-and-found items, unload shipments, and assist with storm preparations.
• Restock storage areas, train new employees, and maintain cooperation with staff.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• High energy, good judgment, and professionalism.
• Flexible schedule and excellent interpersonal skills.

Training:

Mandatory compliance training within 30 days of hire, including Active Shooter Awareness, Safety, Hazard Communication, Responsible Gaming, Title 31, and Sexual Harassment training.

Working Conditions:

Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, reaching, handling, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions at a medium effort level. Environmental conditions vary, including exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, noise, and cigarette smoke.

Physical Effort:

Medium work.
