ProFix Automotive Services in Calgary AB is hiring for a full-time front desk role. You’ll greet clients, manage the schedule, write estimates, and keep our technicians moving efficiently through the day.

Qualifications

• Strong phone presence – you enjoy talking to people.

• Familiar with scheduling software / basic computer systems.
• Automotive service writer or front desk experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and set expectations from check-in to pickup.
• Own the front desk: answer phones, manage walk-ins, keep the lobby running.
• Run the schedule: book appointments, manage shop capacity, keep the day's flow.
• Keep techs on track: communicate priorities and approvals quickly.
• Follow through: update customers on job status, explain invoices, and handle payment and pickup.
