- Manage external warehouse operations and processes, including SAP troubleshooting, inventory management, ensuring document accuracy, and tolling transportation management.
- Load planning management and LTL / FTL cost improvement efforts.
- Monitor logistics claims and implement corrective actions (packaging, root cause analysis, etc.).
- Improve customer delivery accuracy by collaborating with the sales customer service team to meet delivery dates.
- Understand how and why to update master data to ensure logistics processes function correctly (Customer and material master data).
- Participate in monthly transportation review meetings and quarterly metrics.
- Assist 3PL Procurement personnel with freight negotiation processes as needed.
- Understand and manage daily operations of Truckload and Less-Truckload shipments and their relation to cost per pound; resolve issues affecting cost per pound and service metrics.
- Be knowledgeable and comfortable working across all transportation modes, including quoting and providing internal cost estimates for air, ocean, and truck (LTL / FTL).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
- Education : Bachelor’s degree (field of degree not extremely important).
- None to low level SAP experience is acceptable.
- Minimum of 2 years of transportation experience (preferably in both brokerage and manufacturing).
- Location : 5 days a week onsite.
