The Opportunity
Reporting to the Manager of Nursing Practice and Clinical Supports, the Policy Consultant will lead teams through the policy process, utilizing expert knowledge of policies, procedures, protocols, and guidelines. The role involves developing and implementing a strong policy culture aligned with IWK Health’s strategic goals, ensuring policies are current and reflect best practices.
