Job Summary:

The Policy Analyst will conduct in-depth policy analysis and development to support government governance frameworks. • Collaborate with subject matter experts to research, draft, validate, and finalize policy content.
• Support policy implementation, communications, and project control activities.
• Engage stakeholders through facilitation, communication, and change management processes.
• Facilitate policy review, revision, approval, communication, and adoption.

Required Skills:

• Post-secondary education in Public Administration, Political Science, Business, Communications, Information Management, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in policy analysis, policy development, governance, or related fields.
• Proven ability to develop and modernize government policies and governance frameworks.
• Experience preparing executive-level documentation such as Treasury Board submissions and decision notes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
