Job Title:Polarion Functional Analyst (ALM Specialist)
Location:100% Remote (Canada - must work EDT hours)
Duration:15-Months contract
Hours:35 hours/week
Language Requirements:English (mandatory), French (strong asset)

Opportunity Overview

We're seeking an experienced Polarion Functional Analyst to optimize and configure our Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) system. This role offers the chance to shape Polarion implementation standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize Polarion ALM to meet organizational needs
• Serve as primary expert for all Polarion-related functionality and best practices
• Develop standards and continuously improve the Polarion toolchain
• Conduct user training and knowledge-sharing sessions
• Collaborate with stakeholders on feature development and implementation
• Support modern work principles (agility, process improvement, feedback culture)

Required Qualifications

✓ 3+ years hands-on experience with Polarion configuration
✓ Strong understanding of ALM, requirements engineering, and change management
✓ Experience with SDLC methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, V-Model, Waterfall)
✓ Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Fluent English (mandatory), French proficiency strongly preferred
✓ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (preferred)
