Tasks
  • Warmly welcome each guest upon arrival, offering a red-carpet worthy experience.
  • Reserve seats at gaming tables for guests, carefully personalizing their experience.
  • Engage guests during their wait in an entertaining and lively manner to maintain a positive and exciting atmosphere.
  • Manage game tournaments, assigning player positions to tables to ensure smooth and enjoyable proceedings.
  • Provide impeccable customer service by anticipating guests' needs and proactively meeting their expectations.
  • Oversee the entire guest experience, ensuring a smooth transition from waiting to playing.
  • Create memorable moments for guests, ensuring they feel special and valued throughout their visit.
  • Lead by example, fostering a culture of exceptional service and ensuring team cohesion.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Perform any other related duties necessary for the smooth operation of the activities.
