Position Summary: An advanced course in American politics that will examine various debates and controversies. Topics include the original intent of the framers of the constitution, weaknesses of the electoral and party systems, whether the president can effectively govern, the legitimacy of the judiciary and the challenge of minorities.
Qualifications – Required: PhD, Political Science
Qualifications – Professional Discipline: American politics background or previous teaching in American politics preferred
Salary: $9,206.40 (C.A. article 25.2)
