Job summary

MIGSO-PCUBED is seeking a Project Management Officer Consultant to support Toronto engagements. You will coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and ensure effective information flow among engineers and leadership, using your PM skills to drive outcomes.

The role leverages MS Project, Primavera P6, and Power BI to analyze data and support decision-making in a global consulting environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management activities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Project and Primavera P6; skilled in Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Pharma, manufacturing or aerospace sector experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor all project activities.
• Report issues and outline potential mitigation plans.
• Participate in follow-up meetings and support stakeholders during the project.
• Ensure a consistent and traceable information flow between program stakeholders from Engineer to upper management levels.

• Be a co-pilot who provides value for operations to increase productivity, flexibility, and reactivity.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor all project activities.
• Report issues and potential mitigation plans.

• Ensure a consistent and traceable information flow between program stakeholders from Engineer to upper management levels.
• Data reporting and Dashboard creation, regarding the project progress.

Who You Are

• 3+ years experience in Project Management Activities.
• Proficient in utilizing project management software such as Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 to plan, execute, and monitor projects effectively. Additionally, skilled in leveraging Power BI for data analysis and visualization to support decision-making and enhance project outcomes.
• Fluent in English, verbal and written.
• Passion for Project Management.
• Ideally, you have experience in the pharma, manufacturing or aerospace sectors.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A proactive mindset and a knack for solving problems before they arise.
