Job Summary
Responsible for the day-to-day administration of clinical programming, the Clinical Manager functions as a liaison between the Executive Director, Clinical Director, and clinical team as well as other departments, clients/patients, family, alumni, ancillary providers, licensure board personnel, community resources, and referral sources. Provides daily supervision of regulatory requirements of Primary Mental Health (PMH) clinical team of therapist(s), case manager(s), and documented services of ancillary or contracted providers. Is responsible for hiring, staff development, and termination of all PMH clinical team members with coordinated efforts of the Human Resources department within the facility. Develops, implements, and oversees PMH clinical curriculum and programming for all levels of care provided at the facility. Acts as coverage for the clinical director in their absence. Assists to train the Treatment Advocate, nursing, and provider teams working with the PMH population.
