Job description

As a member of our in-house marketing team, the Practice Marketing Specialist supports various areas of the business with a focus on local practice marketing. This role will drive marketing planning and implementation initiatives, focused on growth, for a number of rehabilitation brands and clinics across Lifemark’s network. The ideal candidate excels at devising marketing activities, executing across a variety of online and offline channels. You will work collaboratively with members of the marketing and operations team while building and managing relationships with regional and local teams. Working alongside internal stakeholders, you will act as a partner, helping to utilize marketing in ways that drive and support local business growth for their practice(s) and brand.

The successful candidate is a skilled marketer, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is a master at staying organized and delivering to timelines. You have strong customer service skills, excel at written and verbal communications, and can devise copy/work with graphic designers to produce great material for any channel.

Responsibilities
  • Crafts and supports the creation of detailed growth marketing strategies for specific practice brands, clearly outlining objectives, key deliverables, target audiences, and timelines to drive brand growth and patient engagement.
  • Leads the development and execution of diverse marketing materials, including integrated campaign plans, print collateral, email campaigns, Google Business Profile updates, social media content, and website enhancements, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
  • Oversees the content calendar and social media channels for assigned rehabilitation brands, involving content planning, collaboration with subject matter experts, scheduling posts, and actively engaging with the online community by monitoring and responding to comments and inquiries.
  • Acts as the key point of contact between specific rehabilitation brands and the marketing team, maintaining regular communication and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
  • Delivers day-to-day assistance to clinics, addressing inquiries and supporting go-to-market launches for new services and programs, thereby enhancing clinic visibility and patient acquisition.
  • Upholds brand integrity for specific rehabilitation brands by ensuring all marketing and communication materials adhere to established brand standards, conducting thorough quality checks prior to release.
  • Participates in the clinic's refreshing or rebranding process, including developing rebrand communications, updating digital assets, reviewing signage, and formulating pre- and post-rebrand marketing plans to effectively promote refreshed/rebranded clinics and to seamlessly incorporate them into all key national marketing channels and initiatives, ensuring a unified brand presence.
  • Utilizes tools such as Google Analytics to track and analyze marketing performance metrics for specific rehabilitation brands, identifying trends and implementing strategies to enhance channel performance and optimize conversion rates.
  • Provides ongoing assistance to the marketing team in achieving annual objectives, launching new programs and services, and implementing significant channel enhancements, contributing to the overall success of the department.
  • Leverages patient insights, analytics, and marketing research to inform practice growth opportunities.
Key Qualities & Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role; experience working within an in-house Marketing team is considered an asset.
  • Post-Secondary degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related specialty is preferred.
  • Excellent organization, project management, and time management skills, ability to multi-task with several priorities and thrive in a fast-paced team.
  • Sound knowledge of email creation, database management principles.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics tools is considered an asset.
  • A strong customer service mentality and a desire to work closely with stakeholders to help them achieve their objective.
  • Ambitious, self-starter attitude, with ability to work independently and solutions-oriented.
  • Experience working with graphic designers and understanding of the creative and content development process.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of Zendesk or other applicable marketing and design workflow software.
