Job summary

The Home Depot Canada is hiring Sales Associates to provide fast, friendly service by actively engaging customers, assessing their needs, and guiding them to the right project solutions.

You will build product knowledge, greet and thank every customer, promote services such as Tool Rental and Pro Desk, and help maintain a clean, organized sales floor with a flexible schedule. This role requires steady reliability, teamwork, and safety awareness in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 to 2 years Retail or Trade experience an asset.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Customer Satisfaction
• Actively seek customers throughout the store and escort customers to appropriate merchandise
• Ask open ended questions about the customer’s projects to determine needs
• Promote services offered such as Special Services, Tool Rental, Pro Desk, Pro Services, etc.
• Execute daily stock maintenance: all products signed, displayed, and clean
