True Mechanical, BC’s large self-performing mechanical contractor, offers an apprenticeship path from 1st year through 4th year with progressive wages and company-paid benefits. Training pathways include Trades Discovery and Trades Foundations, with schooling funded upon progression.

Qualificações

• 1st year Apprentice — No work experience required.
• 2nd year Apprentice: 2–3 years of general construction and/or plumbing experience. Successful completion of 1st year plumbing training.
• 3rd year Apprentice: 3–4 years of general construction and/or plumbing experience. Successful completion of 2nd year plumbing training.
• 4th year Apprentice: 4–5 years of general construction and/or plumbing experience. Successful completion of 3rd year plumbing training.

Experience prerequisites:

• 1st year Apprentice - No work experience required. Trades Discovery, Trades Foundations courses considered an asset but not required
• 2nd year Apprentice: 2-3 years of general construction and/or plumbing experience. Successful completion of 1st year plumbing technical training.
• 3rd year Apprentice: 3-4 years of general construction and/or plumbing experience. Successful completion of 2nd year plumbing technical training.
• 4th year Apprentice: 4-5 years of general construction and/or plumbing experience. Successful completion of 3rd year plumbing technical training.

Compensation and Benefits:

• We are proud to offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package with an hourly wage
  • $27.00 per hour for 1st year apprentice
  • $29.50 - $32.00 per hour for 2nd year apprentice
  • $35.50 - $38.00 per hour for 3rd year apprentice
  • $40.50 - $43.00 per hour for 4th year apprentices

• True offers 8 pay levels throughout your apprenticeship and 8 levels of career progression beyond Journeyperson with defined and transparent remuneration.
