What We Are Looking For

• Energetic, motivated, and career-minded Plumbers responsible for onsite installation and maintenance in residential homes.
• Journeyman certification or apprenticeship.
• Experience with residential plumbing service calls, water treatment, troubleshooting, water heaters (tanks, tankless, boilers); hydronic/boiler experience is an asset.
• Proven experience in diagnosing and servicing residential units.
• Understanding of provincial plumbing codes and standards.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Accountable, responsible, with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Valid driver’s license with a suitable driving abstract.
• Clear criminal background check.
• Safety-conscious with willingness to learn.

• Perform plumbing inspections and promote Right Time products and services.
• Ensure honesty in service recommendations.
• Maintain communication with dispatch, management, and team members.
• Keep vehicles clean and stocked, maintain professional appearance.
• Participate in training for professional growth.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences, seek online reviews, and uphold health and safety standards.
• Mentor and be mentored by team members.
