Job summary

Raise Workforce is recruiting Journeyperson Plumbers/Gasfitters for a contract role at Artemis Blackwater Mine in central British Columbia. The position features a 28/14 rotation with 10-hour shifts, accommodations, meals, and transportation provided.

Red Seal certification and Gas Fitter License are required, with strong safety and teamwork skills. Ideal candidates will have a valid Class 5 license, be able to read drawings/blueprints, and pass pre-employment screening including a criminal

Qualifications

• Journeyperson Plumber (Red Seal) with a minimum of 4 years experience.
• Gas Fitter License required.
• Current Fall Arrest, Confined Space and Elevated Work Platform certificates.
• Class 5 license and clean driver’s abstract.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read drawings and blueprints.
• Proficient with hand/power tools and basic PC skills.
• Willingness to pass pre-employment screening (criminal record check, 10-panel drug screen).
• Ability to work in BC from now through Dec 31.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing and gas fitting tasks at Artemis Blackwater Mine.
• Adhere to safety protocols and work as part of a team.
• Read and interpret project drawings/blueprints.
• Maintain tools and equipment; complete pre-employment checks.

Raise Workforce is seeking experienced Journeyperson Plumbers/Gasfitters for a contract role at the Artemis Blackwater Mine in central British Columbia. This position offers a 28/14 rotation with 10-hour shifts, and includes accommodations, meals, and transportation. The ideal candidates will be Red Seal certified, possess a Gas Fitter License, and have strong safety and teamwork skills.
