Qualifications for Journeymen :

• 4-5 years of plumbing experience.
• Red Seal Certification in Plumbing.
• Full understanding of drawings and specifications for Mechanical, Architectural, and Structural disciplines, with the ability to coordinate with other disciplines.
• Proficiency in take-off, site design, and material management.
• Understanding of subcontractor scope, scheduling, and interference management.
• Ability to manage, mentor, and supervise apprentices from 1st to 4th year.
• Professional communication with colleagues, trades, and sub-trades.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Positive attitude contributing to site and company culture.
