Job summary

Reliance Home Comfort is seeking a Plumber to provide general residential plumbing services and represent the company with professionalism on every call. You will diagnose on-site, estimate repair costs, and fix right the first time while keeping homeowners informed.

The role requires a Journeyman or Red Seal Plumber (or 3rd/4th year apprentice) with at least 2 years of residential service plumbing experience, a valid Class 5 license, and the ability to work physically.

Qualifications

• Journeyman or Red Seal Plumber preferred; 3rd/4th year apprentices considered.
• Domestic Gas Fitter B license is a nice-to-have.
• Minimum 2 years of residential service plumbing experience.
• Valid class 5 driver's license with clean abstract.
• Able to perform all duties physically and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide general residential plumbing services to customers.
• Represent Reliance in a professional, courteous, customer service‑oriented manner on every call.
• On-site diagnosis, estimate repair costs, fix right the first time, and maintain homeowner communication.
• Install, maintain, and repair piping systems, fixtures, and related equipment in residential buildings.
• Set priorities and work assignments to meet deadlines.
• Perform diagnostics, repair, maintenance, service and installation per manufacturer specs.
• Adhere to safety rules and regulatory requirements.
• Instruct customers on proper care and maintenance and explain Reliance product value.
• Perform other duties as required by supervisor.

What will you do?

• Provide general residential plumbing services to customers.
• Represent Reliance in a professional, courteous and customer service-oriented manner on each and every call.
• On-site problem diagnosis, accurately estimate repair costs, fixed right the first time and continual value-added communication with the homeowner
• Install, maintain and repair all types of piping systems, fixtures and other equipment used to distribute, supply or dispose of water or wastewater, including fixtures systems and appliances in residential buildings
• Set priorities and work assignments to meet established deadlines
• Perform diagnostics, repair, maintain, service and install equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications
• Adhere to all safety rules and procedures and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Correctly instruct customers on proper care and maintenance
• Explain the value of Reliance products, services and programs on every call
• Perform other duties as required by supervisor or designate.

What do you bring?

• Journeyman or Red Seal Plumber, or 3rd,4th yearapprenticeswould be preferred

• Must have a valid class 5 driver’s license with clean driver’s abstract
