Job summary

JYSK Canada in Delta is seeking an Operations Manager to protect store assets and minimize losses by enforcing loss prevention policies while supporting the store management team in upholding company values and customer commitments.

You will lead with independence or teamwork, adapt to varying shifts including evenings and weekends, and drive inventory accuracy through weekly cycle counts, regular ordering, and strict opening/closing procedures with alarm checks.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in retail management and customer service.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Follow loss prevention and key control policies to reduce shrink.
• Perform weekly inventory cycle counts and periodic full store counts.
• Weekly ordering to ensure you have sufficient inventory.

The Role:

As the Operations Manager you will be responsible for protecting JYSK's assets and minimizing losses though effective execution of loss prevention policies and procedures in store. • Following all loss prevention and key control policies to reduce shrink
• Performing Weekly Inventory Cycle counts and periodic Full Store Inventory counts
• Weekly ordering to ensure you have sufficient inventory
• Following proper store opening and closing procedures, including alarm checks and security walks

Compensation: Generally, the hiring range for this position is $46,000 to $53,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, internal and market equity.
