• Lave la vaisselle, les ustensiles de cuisson, les ustensiles et la coutellerie à l’aide de l’équipement approprié.
• S’assure que l’équipement de lavage de vaisselle atteint la température exigée par la commission d’hygiène.
• Nettoie et stérilise les surfaces de préparation des aliments à la fin de la journée.
• Range la vaisselle propre aux endroits appropriés.
• Réserve un espace destiné à recevoir la vaisselle prête à être nettoyée.
• Dispose des déchets de cuisine de façon appropriée.
• Maintient la cuisine propre et bien ordonnée.
• Se conforme à toutes les politiques et exigences de santé-sécurité.

• Dishwasher The Dishwasher ensures that all dishes, utensils, cookware and cutlery used in the cafe or restaurant are spotless.
• Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following: Washing dishes, cookware, utensils and cutlery with appropriate equipment
• Ensures that dishwashing equipment reaches correct heat settings as per Board of Health requirements
• Washes and sterilizes food preparation surfaces at end of workday
• Stores cleaned items appropriately
• Keeps separate area for used items waiting to be cleaned
• Disposes of food waste appropriately
• Keeps kitchen area clean and tidy
• Comply with all Health & Safety policies and requirements
• Ensure compliance with privacy policies, regulations, and cyber security measures.

Salary and Compensation
