Job summary

Telesat is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support the implementation of a new enterprise Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system. Reporting to the PMO, you will coordinate project activities, maintain governance, and ensure accurate, accessible project information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, PM, Engineering, IT, CS, Operations Management, or a related field is required.
• 3–6 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or related roles is required.

Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of integrated project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Track progress and communicate schedule impacts or delays.
• Maintain logs for actions, decisions, risks, and issues with timely follow-up.
• Assist with planning, status updates, governance activities, and improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate project meetings, capture minutes, decisions, and follow-up actions.
• Prepare agendas and executive updates, and support communications to stakeholders.
