Techso is looking to expand its team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our customers in their projects. You will participate in all stages, from needs analysis to the delivery of customized solutions for Canadian and international clients.
Responsibilities :
- Participate in analyzing the business context and identify all stakeholders (groups of people or business processes impacted).
- Identify and understand stakeholder needs to translate them into clear, actionable objectives.
- Structure, formalize, and maintain documentation of functional and non-functional requirements to ensure their alignment with business needs.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to design solutions that address identified challenges.
- Facilitate interactive workshops with stakeholders to validate and refine proposed solutions.
- Work closely with the business process architect to develop transformation documents and validate business cases once solutions are implemented.
- Support customers through transformation phases, including change management and business process improvement.
- Contribute to solution testing, qualification, and validation phases to ensure alignment with requirements.
- Support and share expertise on business analysis processes within the organization.
Skills required :
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or mechanics.
- At least 4 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in the aeronautics/aerospace sector.
- Knowledge of one or more PLM solutions (Dassault Systèmes, PTC, Siemens, etc.).
- Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft applications.
- Relational database skills: SQL.
- Experience with tools like Tableau, Power BI, Minitab, etc.
- Ability to create process models and decompose processes using modeling tools (ARIS, IcePanel C4, etc.).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Visual Basic.
- Ability to conduct workshops, user training, and deliver presentations to various stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Fluent in English, as some clients are English-speaking.
