We are expanding our team. As a Business Analyst, you will support our customers through all project stages, from needs analysis to delivering customized solutions for Canadian and international clients.

Responsibilities

1. Analyze business context and identify all impacted stakeholders and processes.
2. Understand stakeholder needs and translate them into clear objectives.
3. Document functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs.
4. Collaborate with technical and business teams to design solutions.
5. Facilitate workshops to validate and refine solutions.
6. Work with the business process architect on transformation documents and validate business cases.
7. Assist customers through transformation phases, including change management and process improvements.
8. Participate in solution testing, qualification, and validation.
9. Share expertise on business analysis to support other teams.

Skills Required

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or mechanics.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in aerospace.
• Knowledge of PLM solutions (Dassault Systèmes, PTC, Siemens, etc.).
• Strong IT skills, especially with Microsoft applications.
• SQL relational database skills.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Minitab, etc.
• Ability to model and decompose processes using tools like ARIS or IcePanel C4.
• Proficiency in a programming language such as Visual Basic.
• Ability to conduct workshops, training, and presentations.
• Willingness for international travel.
• Fluent in English, as some clients are English-speaking.
