The Position

This position allows those who enjoy interaction with our guests an opportunity to excel! This position involves promoting outstanding guest relations in a friendly and helpful environment whether it be addressing a concern or issuing complimentary vouchers to one of our fine restaurants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote outstanding guest relations
  • Handle all inbound/outbound calls with the Player Services Call Centre
  • Handle all booking procedures for concerts/hotel/premium events
  • Open and maintain new player accounts, obtain player profile, issue players cards for patrons, educate players on benefits of Player Passport card
  • Screen player ratings to provide information on complimentaries to players
  • Perform inventory control of all promotional materials
  • Handle customer concerns or complaints for immediate solution
  • Must directly or indirectly provide for superior customer service and always promote excellent employee relations with co-worker
  • May be required to work the casino floor, attending to player needs
  • May be required to greet buses and give presentations to tour and travel groups
  • May be required to work box office for ticket sales and complementary redemption
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You’ll Require

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred
  • Computer skills required, knowledge of Microsoft, Access and Excel
  • Must be able to organize and prioritize
  • Must provide superior customer service
  • Must be available to work all shifts, including overnight or swing
  • French language skills (verbal and written) are an asset

  • Comply with the duties of workers or supervisors, as prescribed by Section 27 or 28 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act
  • Comply with all applicable Casino Rama Occupational Health and Safety policies, procedures and protocols
  • Demonstrate a positive health and safety attitude to ensure Casino Rama continuously provides a safe entertainment destination for patrons and co-workers
