Job summary

Bally’s Media seeks a Senior Platform Product Manager to evolve backend video and content delivery systems, aligning with the consumer roadmap across mobile, web, and CTV platforms. You’ll own strategy for foundational systems powering Bally Sports Live and Stadium, and collaborate with internal and external teams to enable fast content delivery and engaging experiences.

Lead cross-functional teams, drive Agile XP execution, and partner with data/engineering for personalization and monetization,

Qualifications

• Experience leading platform product initiatives.
• Strong understanding of backend video/pipeline systems.

Responsibilities

• Define the platform product roadmap across video control, CMS, metadata, personalization and APIs.
• Partner with consumer product teams to evolve backend services for new features.
• Collaborate with editors, producers, and broadcast ops to publish and stream content.
• Drive end-to-end product execution using Agile XP principles.
• Work with data/engineering to support analytics, personalization and monetization.
• Set and monitor KPIs for platform health including video quality and latency.
• Lead cross-functional teams and communicate strategy and decisions.
