Job summary

Simpro Software recherche un Platform Engineer pour concevoir et maintenir l'infrastructure AWS de la plateforme Simpro, en mettant l'accent sur l'évolutivité et les performances. Vous automatiserez les tests, déploiements et la gestion de configuration tout en garantissant la sécurité et la disponibilité.

Le rôle implique de travailler avec Terraform, HashiCorp, et des outils CI/CD, avec une rotation d’astreinte et une surveillance active via Prometheus, Grafana et CloudWatch.

Qualifications

• Concevoir l'infrastructure cloud AWS et automatiser les déploiements.
• Maîtriser Terraform et les outils HashiCorp pour l'automatisation.
• Mettre en place et maintenir le monitoring avec Prometheus, Grafana et CloudWatch.

Responsibilities

• Concevoir, mettre en œuvre et maintenir l'infrastructure AWS (Lambda, NoSQL, SQS, ASG, EC2, EKS, RDS et optimisation des coûts).
• Écrire et gérer du code Terraform pour automatiser le déploiement et la gestion de la plateforme.
• Contribuer à l'IDP interne et participer à sa création.
• Collaborer avec les équipes pour déployer des applications via des outils CI/CD.
• Participer à une rotation d'astreinte et assurer la disponibilité 24/7.
• Utiliser Prometheus, Grafana et CloudWatch pour surveiller l'état du système.
• Contribuer à l'amélioration continue et rester informé des tendances du secteur.
• Gérer la suite HashiCorp et favoriser l'innovation au sein de l'équipe.
• Être un joueur d'équipe et partager les bonnes pratiques.

The Platform Engineers will automate the testing, deployment and configuration management processes. • Architect, implement, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure, with a focus on Lambda, NoSQL, SQS. ASG, EC2, EKS, RDS, and Cost Optimisation.
• Write and manage Terraform code to automate platform deployment and management.
• Be knowledgeable about Internal Developer Platform and contribute to create IDP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for the successful deployment of applications using CI/CD tools.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 availability and promptly address any platform issues.
• Utilise monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and CloudWatch to monitor and ensure system health.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and stay updated on relevant industry trends.
• Manage an array of HashiCorp suite products.
• Foster a culture of curiosity and innovation within the team.
• Be a team player.
