Job summary

Turnkey Plastics in Surrey, BC, is seeking an experienced production supervisor to coordinate a team of 5–10 workers operating processing machines and assembling plastic parts. The role requires hands-on leadership, scheduling, and reporting duties in a on-site manufacturing setting.

You will train staff, ensure safety compliance, and drive productivity and quality improvements while preparing production reports and managing equipment setup. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in production supervision.
• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
• On-site work in a manufacturing setting.
