ECOWEST PLASTICS LTD. is seeking a Plastic products manufacturing labourer in Innisfail, AB. The position is term or contract or full-time, with shifts including day, evening, weekend, and other times.

Wage is $22.00 hourly for 40 hours per week, with relocation support possible for suitable candidates. The role involves assisting machine operators, setting up and dismantling equipment, and maintaining machinery, while working in a noisy, dusty, and hot environment.

Qualifications

• English fluency required.
• Secondary school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of related industry experience.
• Ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
• Reliable and a good team player.
• Versatile with strong problem-solving skills.
• Must adapt to a noisy environment and dusty/hot conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist machine operators or assemblers during the manufacturing process.
• Assist in setting up and dismantling equipment.
• Clean and lubricate machinery and equipment.
• Transport materials and tools to and from work areas.
• Prepare raw materials for the mixing process.
• Monitor machines for jammed materials and defective products.
