Role Description

CPR24 Restoration Inc. is seeking a skilled and dependable Drywall Installer & Plasterer to join our growing restoration team full-time. This is an on-site role based in Toronto, Ontario, where you will play a key role in restoring residential and commercial properties affected by water or mold damage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and install drywall sheets on walls and ceilings.
• Apply plaster over drywall or other surfaces to prepare for painting or finishing.
• Tape and mud joints to create a seamless finish.
• Sand and finish drywall surfaces for a smooth appearance.
• Repair and patch damaged drywall and plaster surfaces as needed.
• Ensure all installations and repairs meet safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with other restoration technicians, contractors, and supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in drywall installation and plastering (minimum 4 years preferred).
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and safety procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, or work orders.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical condition – ability to lift, bend, climb ladders, and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• IICRC Certified.
