The Position

Plant Operator

Job Summary

Under the supervision of the operations supervisor, the operator is responsible for adjusting parameters and operating graphite processing machines. They also monitor the operational process and perform preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns. Ensuring safety at the work station and environment by adhering to safety standards is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Apply health and safety, environmental procedures, and ISO standards;
• Operate and monitor various production equipment;
• Ensure product quality according to standards and requirements;
• Clean certain areas of the factory and maintain a safe and clean environment;
• Work collaboratively with various departments.

• Experience as a machine operator or similar role (an asset);
