If you are passionate about molecular plant science, possess exceptional attention to detail, and thrive in a dynamic research environment, this opportunity is designed for you. As the Plant Molecular Biology Technician, you will contribute to both tissue culture and molecular biology workflows, including media preparation, plantlet propagation and sterile culture maintenance, as well as molecular techniques. You will play a key role in plant transformation studies— including Agrobacterium‑mediated protocols—and collaborate closely with the R&D team to ensure experimental plants are maintained under optimal conditions and accurately tracked within the ERP system. Active participation in scientific discussions, data analysis and progress reporting is expected. The ideal candidate is scientifically curious, technically skilled and thrives in an interdisciplinary, research‑driven team.
This position is based out of Stayner, Ontario.
