Our client, an industry leader in continuous materials processing, has recently expanded its North American operations and is seeking a highly capable Plant Manager to take the helm of a key production facility. This is a high-impact leadership role, responsible for overseeing Production, Maintenance, and Process Engineering — with a strong focus on operational excellence, shop floor execution, and performance improvement.

Our ideal candidate will be a decisive, data-driven leader with a proven track record in engagement, change management, continuous improvement, and lean manufacturing. This role requires someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, with the ability to identify gaps in operational performance and drive measurable improvements through systems, processes, and people development.

As a core member of the senior leadership team, the Plant Manager will bring energy, urgency, and a relentless commitment to excellence. The Plant Manager will not only manage day-to-day operations, but also inspire high levels of accountability and collaboration across all functional areas of the plant.
