Position: Plant Operations Supervisor - Eastern

Location: Bay D'Espoir, Milltown, NL

Status: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: $25.00 to $67.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise plant personnel, including Lead Hydro Plant Operators, Hydro Plant Operators, and PSO Apprentices.
2. Coordinate activities with plant maintenance and training groups.
3. Administer work protection codes and coordinate work permits.
4. Develop and oversee operating instructions and maintenance programs.
5. Monitor plant performance, review operating data, and investigate outages.
6. Support performance and reliability initiatives.
7. Participate in monthly performance meetings.

Qualifications
