Job Responsibilities/Principales Responsabilites

  • Resources Humaines: The HR Administrator supports daily HR operations, handling administrative tasks related to hiring, layoffs, recalls, benefits, retirement plans, payroll (Kronos), and employee relations. Assists managers and employees in various meetings, knows and applies collective agreement rules, and translates documents.
  • File management: Manages short and long-term disability, CNESST, maternity, paternity, and early retirement files. Validates and completes information in the Quest accident program. Responds to surveys from the Quebec and Canadian governments.
  • Support with departments: Works closely with various departments such as Management, HR, Finance, Finished Goods, etc.
  • Finished goods: Manages shipments of finished products (SAP transactions), collaborates with warehouse staff, follows up with clients and pending orders, manages returns and customer complaints.
  • Invoice payments: Administers invoices and follows up with customer service and suppliers regarding billing issues.
  • Safety/Quality: Promotes Lincoln's safety and quality objectives, knows and follows QMS procedures, works safely, and encourages colleagues to do the same.
  • Internal communication: Communicates effectively with employees to ensure optimal operation, prioritizes customer needs, and shares knowledge and experiences.
  • Process improvement: Collaborates with teams to continuously improve work processes, analyzes work, identifies causes of dysfunction, and proposes corrective measures.

Minimum Education Requirements:

  • University degree in Human Resources or related administrative studies and/or experience.
  • Training in Human Resources or related field.

Knowledge: Must balance empathy and efficiency in managing employee and company needs.

Assets: Bilingual in French and English, methodical, professional.

Minimum experience: At least 2 years of experience.
