Position: Plant Finance Controller, Engineered Packaging Products

Description: A dynamically growing manufacturer of complex engineered packaging products is seeking a senior financial leader to transform the finance and accounting functions at their GTA-based production facility.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a plant-based financial team responsible for operational and cost accounting, financial reporting and analysis, and process optimization.
• Support executive initiatives to enhance productivity and performance.
• Improve reporting standards and conduct complex analyses to foster a high-performance culture.

Qualifications:

• CPA, CMA, and/or MBA with a strong technical background in financial accounting, reporting, analysis, and cost accounting in manufacturing.
• Experience implementing robust processes and systems, creating KPI dashboards to improve operational effectiveness.
• Exposure to aerospace, automotive, medical device, electronics, or EMS manufacturing environments is preferred.
