Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; equivalent hands-on experience considered.
- Minimum 2+ years in controls/automation or related role in manufacturing.
- Experience with PLCs, Robotics, HMI, and automation troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize machine performance using PLC data and production metrics.
- Lead root cause investigations for equipment and controls issues.
- Develop corrective actions to improve reliability, quality, and productivity.
- Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and production teams on projects.
- Support equipment launches and ensure documentation transfer to production.
- Maintain and troubleshoot industrial Ethernet networks and control systems.
