You will drive month-end close, cost governance, and capital analysis while coordinating with the Wixom, US facility. This role requires CPA (or equivalent) and 5+ years in manufacturing finance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing finance, cost accounting, financial planning or controllership.
• Knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, financial reporting, budgeting and variance analysis.
• Experience leading Sourcing, Supply Chain or related plant functions or demonstrated capability to lead these teams.
• Experience with standard costing, inventory accounting and capital governance.
• Experience using enterprise financial systems and advanced spreadsheet/analytic tools.
• CPA or equivalent is preferred.
• Travel flexibility between US, Canada and Mexico may be required.

Aufgaben

• Lead plant month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and explain financial statements, balance sheets and reconciliations.
• Ensure accuracy of manufacturing costs, standard costs and inventory valuation.
• Provide actionable analysis of results against plan and forecast.
• Support month-end processes for Wixom facility and consolidate plant performance.
• Lead annual operating plans, forecasts and long-range financial planning.
• Develop standard costs for products at the Guelph and Wixom facilities.
• Maintain dashboards linking financial outcomes to operational drivers.
• Drive cost, productivity and working-capital improvements at the plant.
• Lead Sourcing and Supply Chain finance activities and governance for capital requests.
