Job summary

Sacopan, located in Sacré-Coeur on the North Shore, is seeking a Plant Controller to guide financial planning, month-end close, and internal controls for the manufacturing facility. You will translate operations data into actionable insights and partner with plant leadership to drive profitability.

The role requires a bachelor’s in accounting, 5–7 years of related experience in manufacturing, and bilingual French-English proficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
5–7 years of progressive experience in accounting/finance/manufacturing.
Experience in manufacturing accounting and budgeting processes.
SAP experience preferred; bilingual French and English required.

Responsibilities

Lead safety, financial planning, month-end close, and internal controls for the plant.
Provide financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
Analyze plant performance and connect operational data to financial outcomes.
Partner with plant leadership to drive financial and operational performance.
Oversee ERP projects, SAP deployment, and process improvements.
Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and SOX requirements.
