What You'll Be Doing

1. Aggregate inventory processing, reconciliation and reporting for rural locations, including Hauler Pay.
2. Inventory processing, reconciliation & reporting for rural locations.
3. Responsible for Aggregates Sales Admin functions for North Prairies rural, including project setup, billing, Fuel Surcharge administration, cash sales and customer concerns.
4. Accounts Payable for Aggregates related functions.
5. Other administrative activities, including front office coverage, DOT administration for rural RMC and other departments or processes as required.

What Are We Looking For

1. Post-Secondary education in Business Administration, Accounting, Payroll or other related field preferred.
2. 2-3 years’ experience in an administrative role.
3. Ability to work independently and participate effectively in a team environment.
4. Advanced skills in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Excel and Word.
5. Ability to multi-task, prioritize work and work within internal processes and policies.
