What You'll Be Doing

  • Monitor and optimize raw material and product chemistry to ensure quality standards
  • Conduct routine and specialized chemical analyses in a plant laboratory setting
  • Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and improve process performance
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and reporting

What Are We Looking For

  • Experience with laboratory instrumentation (XRF and XRD precisions and calibration testing) and software tools
  • Strong understanding of chemical principles and laboratory practices
  • Ability to interpret and apply analytical data to plant operations
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills across departments
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental stewardship

Work Environment

This role is based in a dynamic industrial plant setting, involving both laboratory and production floor environments. It requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
