Job summary

The Home Depot Canada in Hamilton is seeking a Merchandising Execution Associate (MEA) to perform in-store merchandising, planogram maintenance, and display upkeep to enhance the customer experience. You will work in teams with supervision and support multiple departments across the store.

Responsibilities include interpreting planograms, building displays, adjusting price labels, and ensuring displays stay visually appealing, with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to read and interpret planograms and merchandising directions.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret directions to ensure merchandise is set to the planogram and project instructions.
• Straighten, clean and merchandise products for visual appeal.
• Build displays and fixtures using basic hand tools.
• Maintain planograms and display materials; update price labels as needed.
• Partner with store leadership to assist customers and answer questions.
• Execute store projects and resets safely and efficiently.
