Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Merchandising Execution Associate (MEA) to support in-store merchandising, planogram maintenance, and display upkeep. You will work with store teams to ensure merchandising standards are followed, assist with projects and resets, and help customers find the right products for their projects.

You'll thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, have a knack for following directions, and enjoy collaborating with others.

Qualifications

• Minimum GED or high school diploma.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to read planograms and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret directions to set merchandise per planogram and project requirements.
• Straighten and merchandise product for visual appeal.
• Maintain the latest planogram in the store area near product sets.
• Build displays and fixtures using basic hand tools.
• Maintain, order, and install display material and signage/brochures.
• Update prices and labels; replace damaged or missing labels.
• Keep aisles clean and accessible for customers.
• Use store systems to access merchandising reports and act on findings.
• Maintain bay service records and documentation.
• Execute designated projects as assigned by leadership.
